Small class sizes.

At CrossFit Bullpen we offer individualized attention through small class sizes: 6-8 members (on average). Each 1-hour group class is led by a qualified CrossFit Level-1 Certified Coach who will watch your movement patterns and challenge you to work at the appropriate level of difficulty. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced athlete, our programs are designed to help you achieve your fitness goals.

Flexible schedule.

We offer a variety of class times to help fit your schedule, whether you prefer to work out in the morning, afternoon, or evening. Each class begins on the hour and lasts 60 minutes, including a warm-up, skills portion, and Workout of the Day (WOD). CrossFit pushes you harder in 20 min than most workouts do in 2 hours. Check out our latest WOD times to schedule your visit.

We’re always welcoming to new members from all types of fitness backgrounds. Most traditional gyms don’t offer workout partners to keep you motivated, and other CrossFit boxes can seem intimidating or cliquish.
