For a list of our class times, please see the table below.

  • Foundations Classes start in sequences on the 1st and 3rd Monday of each month. Classes are held on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 8:00 PM. Six (6) classes are required as a training sequence before beginning the full CrossFit courses.
  • CrossFit Classes/WODs are held every daily on the hours listed below.
  • Yoga Classes are held on Friday evenings at 8pm.
